Dr. Bai has been a practicing academic for the School of Business and Economics at UTAS for more than 10 years. During this period, he has published many academic papers in top tier international business journals and had been a key consulting partner for several ASX listed companies in Australia and New Zealand. This year, Dr. Bai has led a true multicultural team to run for the Hobart city elections. This is the first time an Asian Australian candidate run for the top civic job in Hobart history.
